Goiás-born artists Ludmila Lobo and Hérica de Noronha reunite through visual art at Art Shopping Paris, held at the Carrousel du Louvre from 23 to 25 October 2026. Their international experiences in fashion, travel, and different cultural landscapes now inform their artistic practices.
For Ludmila, the Paris presentation brings together two works from Breaking Free: Society and Fearless Heart / Passionate Soul.

Body and freedom
The paintings trace a movement from containment to openness. In Society, a folded female figure is crossed by dark lines that suggest restraint. In Fearless Heart / Passionate Soul, the body stretches into brighter colour and a more expansive space. Together, they explore vulnerability, identity, and the freedom to choose a personal path.
Lobo works across watercolour, mixed media, charcoal, painting, and figurative drawing. The female body, nature, and gesture are central to her practice. In Botanical Bodies, dried flowers gathered in Mallorca bring the surrounding landscape into her watercolours.
Her international modelling career and life across countries continue to shape an artistic practice grounded in observation and curiosity.
